RULES FOR ALL GIVEAWAYS ON 2 KRAZY KETOS YOUTUBE CHANNEL

The below rules apply to all giveaways that are conducted on 2 KRAZY KETOS YouTube channel, which can be found at https://www.youtube.com/2krazyketos.

If there is a sponsor for the giveaway, it will be stated in the description of the video in which the giveaway is being conducted. The official end date of the giveaway is stated in the video and in the description in which the item is being given away.

How to enter:

1. Subscribe to our channel, 2KRAZYKETOS
2. Like the video in which the item is being given away.
3. Leave a comment in the comment section with the required saying (if any) that was identified in the video.
4. Live in the Continental United States. Giveaways are not open to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international subscribers.
5. Perform any other requirements that were described in the video (ie subscribe to sponsors page)

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding its territories and possessions) and Washington D.C. who are at least 13 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant”(s)). Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and all international and where prohibited.

2. Prize:The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter random drawings, as described below, on the 2KRAZYKETOS YouTube Channel (the “Channel”) for a chance at the giveaway prize. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor or 2 Krazy Ketos. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor and/or 2 Krazy Ketos, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize received.

3.Giveaway Period: The Giveaway shall begin when the video is released and shall end on the date specified in the video.

4. How to Enter:To enter the Giveaway you must (a) subscribe to the Channel, (b) “like” the video in which the giveaway is being offered and (c) place a comment (“Comment”) on the Video with the statement that was indicated in the video (together the “Entry”). Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON unless otherwise specified in the video.

5. Winning: The winner of the Giveaway (“Winner”) shall be chosen by random draw. We use a the website Pickawinner.co. This works by entering the URL of the video, it pulls all the comments and randomly picks one. By default, the website automatically allows only one entry per person so if someone leaves multiple comments, they are limited to one entry. The winner will be chosen on the date that was specified in the video.

6. Prize Claim: The Winner will be notified via video announcement or via direct message on the date specified within the giveaway video. The Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) or as directed by the Sponsor. The failure to respond within 7 days of the announcement of the winner or the failure to provide the Prize Claim Documents will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, the 2KRAZYKETOS may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing. If a Prize goes unclaimed after the date specified in the video or is forfeited by the Winner, a second drawing will be held from the original entries. The Prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’ sole discretion. The Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes if the prize is valued at more than $600. In such a case, an IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner, for the actual value of the Prize received. Other restrictions may

Rights of 2KRAZYKETOS/SPONSOR: 2krazyketos or the Sponsor, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

7. YouTube Policies

a) Your participation in and entry into this giveaway must be in compliance with YouTube’s own Community Guidelines. Entries which don’t comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.

b) YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
